Gift from Chinese neighbour

My parents Chinese neighbour brought them back a gift from a recent trip.

There’s been really disruptive construction on his adjoining property for the last year so he’s trying to make it up to them.

What the heck is it? YangHe dream Blue is coming up in searches but it looks like there are a few varieties.

They aren’t great with receiving gifts so they want to get him a gift now! Obvs they want to know how much to spend based on what this stuff costs.
