How to start?
I’ve never had more than a couple sips of alcohol – found the taste and smell too repulsive. I’m not interested in getting drunk. But I really would like to be able to drink a little in social situations. I just don’t know where to start, because I don’t know what is strong or not, how it will affect me, and what I can actually drink without wanting to vomit. I’m male, 22yo, and about 5’7”/120lb. How can I roughly gauge how alcohol would affect me (ie what is clearly safe to start with/what’s clearly too much), and what are some good options that actually taste ok?
