just got an entire gallon of food grade ethanol in the mail, what can I do with it?

I got it for a little over $100 in hopes of saving money on booze in the long run. it’s basically everclear, 190 proof. I got it from some lab chemical supplier. a little splash in some wine tastes like cognac, very nice. what should I make with it?
