What’s your drinking alone at home drink?

I’m 25f trying to master the art of drinking at home alone without getting hammered and without wanting to go out and buy another beer. I think I have a naturally higher tolerance than most, one bottle of wine isn’t enough but more than that is too much. After a long week of work I want to get buzzed for hours but not drunk. But also don’t want to feel dissatisfied and want to walk to the store and pick up another.
