Left side of face tingling after getting wine drunk

I got wine drunk last night and a day later the let side of my face is slightly tingly. I rarely ever drink and this is like my second time ever getting drunk. Google is saying something about neuropathy but I don’t think it’s that severe. Anyone else experience this?
