Poisoning??

hello, i drank a full bottle of whikey in one go and its been 10 hours, im still not good straight after i was on the floor i cant remember exactly everything i remember vomiting excessively to the point i felt my stomxab was going to come out mmy mouth. i still fell dizzy and fell nknot on my throat like i want to vomit and feel confused idk. ive been turning around in bed since 4-5 hours and idk if im good now. Does alchol posing go away on its own, should i go ER i mean been drink before and never felt disb bad. by the way i drank on an empty stockah dat probabbly fucked me up but should i still be dis confused i mean irs been long and i still feel liek vomiting im even vomiting water anyhing as soon as i drink eat i feel like vomting.
