Left a case of smirnoff in hot car for a few hours. Is it safe to drink?

Yesterday while on my break at work, I went to the store and got a 6 pack of some Smirnoffs, ice pop flavor. I left it in my car as I went back to work for about 6 or so hours. It was pretty warm outside, and inside the car it was warm as well (I did blast the AC for a bit hoping itd keep the temperature inside a bit more stable)

Question is, is it still safe to drink? Will alcohol turn toxic or something if left in heat? I probably look dumb for posting this but I would rather look dumb than really be dumb and hospitalized!
