can i drink a small amount while on medication?

i don’t drink regularly at all, i’ve only drank twice before in my life and before i took medication. i take 100mg of Zoloft, i want to have at least a shot or two at some point for fun, would that be safe for me to do so? google doesn’t give me a straight answer.
