drinking on adderall?

i’m prescribed 10mg of adderall xr for adhd and take it at 11 every day, i’ve been on it for only 5 days and last night decided to drink about 4 or 5 shots at 9 pm. at first everything was really good the alcohol buzz was coming in and i felt different like i never had before when drinking, then my entire body went numb almost. not like alcohol numbness it gives you but a very strong numb almost hard to breathe feeling. should i avoid drinking on adderall for now ?
