Anyone have any clue what this is???

Seems like the appropriate place to ask so I’m doing it here…

I was in a charity shop and found a peroni duffel bag which I bought for a fiver. In the pockets there was this small card which I can’t find any existence of on the internet. There’s a link on the back but it’s no longer in use and I can’t find ANYTHING about a “famiglia peroni” online.

There are instructions on the back about maintaining the peroni family image and it all seems a bit cultish hahaha.

Anyone have any clue about this? I can’t find the bag online either.
