Is there a way to ship a single bottle from California to a different state as a gift?

I have a custom engraved bottle of brandy for a friend. He is is in Ohio and I’m hitting a wall in trying to find any way of shipping it to him. Most options require me to have a alcohol license, but is there any other way?

Maybe some company that does it using their own license?

Trying to see any other option other than personally flying out there.
