Facial numbness when hungover?

This happens when I’m pretty hungover, but my face will just randomly get pins and needles on one side.

For reference, I’m 23 and only get drunk like once a month or so.

I’ve kinda attributed it to being dehydrated or something but seems like this isn’t too common 😂

Has anyone else experienced this?
