Dexamethasone and alcohol

Information on the internet is all over the place. nhs.uk straight up says “yes, you can drink alcohol” drugs.com says “you should avoid alcohol”. The instruction on dexamethasone says “interaction with alcohol was not studied” (really?).

Inb4 I know reddit is not the right place to get qualified medical advise, lol.
