Drank a lot last night and wasn’t hungover this morning…What did I do right?
I’m not a huge drinker anymore because I typically get HORRIBLE hangovers due to the anxiety medicine I’m on.
However, last night I went out with some old friends and decided that it was worth it to have some fun. I drank a four loko mixed with about 2 shots of Titos, 2 tweas, and a vodka seltzer in like a 3 hour period.
I was pretty drunk but still remember everything clearly, I wasn’t slurring my words or anything like that.
I came home, had a bad case of the spins and fell asleep quickly.
I woke up 8 hours later expecting to vomit right away like I normally do after drinking but I was completely fine!
I was a little dizzy and felt kinda cloudy, so I thought maybe I was just still drunk and the hangover would come later but 3 hours later and I’m completely fine!
I have no idea why I wasn’t hungover, was it just a fluke? I’ve been eating more non-processed whole foods lately so maybe that played a part in it? I didn’t drink water or anything like youre supposed to…
What can I do so that next time I have similar results? 3 beers is normally enough to knock me out for a whole day hangover wise, and I’d like to avoid that happening anymore lol
