drinking one beer

I’m genuinely curious how people can drink only one beer? Like getting a cold one after work. Maybe I’m just an alcoholic but after one beer I can get a buzz and then just feel shit the rest of the day. If it’s about the taste I’d rather have a non-alcoholic one if I’m only having one, same thing
