Extremely sore legs after a week of drinking
I drank quite a bit this past weekend (it’s Thursday today) and my legs have not recovered. I know yall are gonna say it’s from dehydration but I’ve been drinking 60-80 oz of water, electrolytes, coconut water, eating well (however am drinking 2 lattes a day and work out)…. Is it still dehydration after all this and after 5 days?
