Can alcohol be skin/sweat transmitted ? SERIOUS

I realize it might sound like a conspiracy or a joke so please hold on and bear with me for a few sec !

When my girl is drunk but i did only drink water, and i make love and then sleep with her, i’ll be a bit down the day after.
Not like a full blown hangover, but still unmotivated and tired.

So am i the only one ? Am i getting a bit too paranoid, is this just a psychological bonding thing, or could it be that there is some reality in it ?
