3 drinks a night twice a week ok?
I’m 30 and I keep myself in good physical shape: lifting weights, doing sprints, eating a healthy diet, drinking lots of water, and getting plenty of sleep. Two nights a week I do have myself up to 3 alcoholic drinks. 1 beer and 2 glasses of red wine, or 2 glasses of red wine and a rocks glass of rum or whiskey. It depends.
