Alcohol testosterone and working out
Hey yo so i’ve been drinking since i was maybe thirteen or fourteen and now i’m thirty and been working out for maybe a months. I have some muscle definition already and all but you know old habits die hard. I’m drinking some whisky right now and wondering if it will affect my testosterone and my ability to tone up my body. Well i know it will but is it really a no-no when trying to become -kinda- healthy ? Thanks for your advice dudes and dudettes !
Btw i’m talking about the normal wine at dinner and some brown stuff when alone.
