Anyone else get cold when hungover?

I don’t know if it is just me or if lots of people feel this way, but when I am hungover I am extremely cold. Like, need to sit in a hot tub just to stop shivering cold. Is anybody having this issue? If so, is it just caused by the alcohol from the night before or is there another reason this happens?
