Any chance of permanent damage?

I’m almost 19 right now and a little after I turned 17 I started drinking like an average-heavy amount drinking at least once or twice a week, but once I quit my job and school about 3-4 months ago I stopped needing to function and just went balls to the walls out of boredom and depression. I counted up my bottles from this period and I was having 50-70 drinks per week, and I was very drunk every day, and at least mildly drunk most of my waking hours. I blacked out a lot of times, and went on at least a few nasty benders.

I’m very aware that people go much harder but I feel like my situation my be a little unique because I was a lot younger than most when I started and I also didn’t have THAT high of a tolerance so when I did drink every day it wasn’t to feel normal but to get wasted a lot. I’ve calmed down and plan to not drink for a long time, but I am a little worried about some brain damage or nerve damage.

One wake up call that happened was when I blacked out while laying on my hand and I’m a heavy guy so when I woke up my hand was completely numb with 0 feeling or ability to move for at least a full minute. It was a little scary because nothing I could do would make my feeling in my hand come back for minutes. Also since I’ve quit I’ve felt tingling and twitching in my limbs sometimes.
