I recently learned how important eating before drinking is.

I recently went to visit my aunt. My mom, grandma and I arrived at 13:30(1:30PM) and we got some lunch, and my aunt served some home brewed beer along with the lunch. She said it was only a bit over 4% ABV.

I had only had a small breakfast, and I hadn’t eaten anything after that, so my stomach was as empty as a blonde’s head, so when I take a sip of the beer, it quickly goes to my head, making me slightly but uncomfortably buzzed.

Remember to eat before drinking. It makes a big difference.
