I drank a martini after taking ibuprofen, will I be ok?

As the title says, I took some ibuprofen and then went out about an hour and a half later and had a martini, and it hit me Really hard. I’ve only ever had 2 other drinks before, but this one made me feel super dizzy and woozy. I am home now about 2 hours later and I still feel real dizzy. Am I having a GI bleed? Or is that something that happens if you drink a Lot a lot? I’m not really in a perfect headspace rn so I just wanna know if its worth panicking about or if im generally ok :,(
