Can something this old still be drank?

My grandmother was recently moved into assisted living and we found this bottle while tidying up the house. My mother seems to recall it being from the 70s- its a bit dusty but still perfectly sealed. I’ve thought about keeping it and cleaning it up as a decorative piece- would this even be safe to consume?
