I have Mamajuana and I’m trying to learn how to appropriately refill it

Hello! Just got back from a trip to the Dominican Republic and brought back some mamajuana (absolutely delicious, I recommend it to everyone btw). With the herbs, leaves, and bark inside, I’m able to refill it approximately. 15-20 times according to the internet with the measurements on the back (60% red wine, 30% rum, 10% honey). I’m a dumb girl so I dunno how to refill this with the appropriate proportions, so I’m wondering if anyone has any techniques they’d like to share with the class? Thanks in advance😭🫶🏼
