Blood alcohol content question

I was going through old papers in a box and I found a copy of my ex-wife’s court summons for drunk driving. The paper says her blood alcohol content was 0.43 milligrams per liter of exhaled air.

Most BAC numbers I have seen are percentages. Can anyone tell me how drunk this is, given that the measurement was mg/liter of air?
