Does Jager have bits in it, or is this mold?

A couple of months ago i impulse purchased a jager tap dispenser since it was only $30 on a special deal. Honestly its been a huge pain in the ass, between having to wait forever for it to chill the jager, and the valve getting stuck after not using it for a month (now my jager is slightly diluted with water from trying to flush it out). I just moved so it was unplugged for a few weeks, and I notice theres some sort of fuzz in every shot i pour. Is this normal or is this mold? I cant imagine mold being able to grow in jager, and i didnt see anything like this online but better safe than sorry i guess.
