Did I sleep through the buzz or am I just thinking too much?

I had 3 shots of vodka then I went to sleep but in my sleep it felt like I was awake and paralyzed but like I knew something was up cause my heart was beating cause I felt it but I calmed myself cause I think it was a late reaction to the shots but then I felt paralyzed and like I was awake I could feel everything around me and hear everything it was freaky but I didn’t panic but it just makes me wonder? I don’t think it was per say sleep paralysis cause when I get that I don’t feel anything I just hear a lot more idk please help me find out😭
