Why do we do it?

Tonight, bought some alcohol. I played a few bits of gaming alone. Then I played with a friend. Then I drank as I watched a film that made me think I think a good deal.

My dad drank and didn’t hit my mom m but he made her feel small. He’s twenty sometime years sober and I think he still at his “least” makes her feel small. Is that all I am?

I like alcohol! I do! I think it helps! But maybe it wasn’t a crutch for my dad? Maybe he just misses a rain to be pissed off that everyone agrees with. Instead he has complex issues regarding my mom and her health.
