How old is this Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur?

I recently managed to snag this bottle of Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur at a local auction for $22.50NZD, with the research that I have done, I am estimating that it is circa 1970s… Does anyone have a better estimate?

Also curious as to the style of the saying what the ABV is and which market is was distributed to.

I have emailed Mandarine Napoleon directly, but no response yet…

It also had a cute little recipe book around the neck!
