I’m pretty drunk right now and dizzy

So I’ve been drinking with a couple buddy’s tonight, put down about 14 12oz busch and been hitting my geek bar which is 5% nic every 5 min got back to my house and all of a sudden I began to feel quite dizzy and tbh I’m starting to feel like I could die has anybody else experienced something like this and is there a real possibility I could die because I’m kinda panicking right now
