is it safe to drink 200ml vodka for the first time?

so, we are going to a festival with friends soon and i figured to have bit of a fun there i should prop find a way to get drunk a bit as there wont be much alcohol served (there will be beer but is that a good way to get drunk? + its usually awful there)

for me the ideal that i noticed is about one wine bottle which i think should be equivalent to about 200ml of vodka. is that right? (i think it was 250ml but i havent found such vodka size and if 200 wont be enough i could top it off with beer, right?)

is it safe to just drink that bottle of vodka? i never had vodka before (or anything else strong like that, at least not more then one shot). if this is stupid idea let me know. (also ideally i would like to avoid throwing up)
