I have drinking problems

Hello guys,I’m from Balkans and i tried alcohol when i was 13 and i drink every saturday but I don’t really get drunk I am the perfect 0.12 as Mr Lahey said and I want to know what will happen to me in the future i’m 17 rn and I wrestle 5 times a week and i don’t have some type of below the avarege cardio or performance. I really want to quit but after I drink every saturday for couple of years it really feels like giving up from something important idk I need some information and suggestions.
