Clear liquor better than beers or seltzers for Asian flush?

I notice that when I drink clear liquors, my Asian flush doesn’t seem as intense but when I drink beer, seltzers, wines, and just sugary alcoholic drinks, my Asian flush gets do intense that my face get bright red and even start to feel puffy and inflamed.

Drinking clear liquor or like a light cocktail, I get more rosy cheeks but not intense red and puffy looking.
