My birthday is today (Saturday) and I’m wondering what kind of alcohol I could get for $13?

It’s all I have and I won’t get paid until next week. I at least would like a little something to celebrate with later today (it’s 12:30 am). There’s a liquor store 15 minutes away I plan to walk to. Just wondering on some suggestions. Thank you!
