About to turn 21

I turn 21 in a month, and am very excited to be able to order drinks when I go out. Thing is, I don’t know where to go to have my first legal drink ;). I can’t do it at home, and don’t want to just buy something and drink at a friends house. Do I go to a restaurant, bar, club? Any tips?
