Hangover crossfade symptoms?

So I’m a 28, 5”7, 180 lb male. I work the late shift , so when I get home I drink two tall voodoo rangers at 9.5 abv. I usually drink while I cook, anyways, I’ll smoke a fat bowl afterwards and crossfade and I’ll pass out around 1:30 a.m. I will wake up a few times go chug water and go back to bed. When I wake up the next day I’m tired as all hell, my eyes feel heavy like I just need to sleep all day everyday. I’m not nauseous, I don’t have a headache, I’m just really fatigued especially in the eyes. When I was 24/25 I didn’t have this issue. So my guess is the weed and two beers are fucking my REM sleep, is it normal to feel tired/dry eyes all day after crossfading?
