(Alcohol & Libido) When you stop drinking does your libido come back? If so how long does it take?

Hey guys,

I am a 27 years old male and I have been having libido issues since I was 21 thinking of it that when I started drinking. I have tried a few diets and can’t last longer than 45 days carnivore,vegiterian etc. I have gotten to the point where I’m going to quit drinking for a year. Im not a heavy drinker anymore but was back in college. I didn’t realize my libido was gone until I started boxing and training for a fight and it came back with a vengeance.I started drinking again after and it went back to non existent Ever since then I have been trying to figure out what works. I have had a few moments where it would slightly come back.

When you stop drinking does your libido come back? If so how long does it take? Haven’t drank since 12/25/2023
