still hungover a week later?

i got absolutely plastered last Saturday, went to a club got bottle service probably killed 4-5 1942 bottles between 4 friends. I probably had 20-30 shots and I blacked.

Next morning fine.

Day after dizziness, feeling like I’m going to blackout unconscious and headache. Light headed.

Symptoms are still here a week later but better. I still feel light headed or a numb head on my front head sides, and some lightheaded & like dissociation. I’ve never had this before & in college I was in a frat so day drinking & binge drinking was common. I’m 23 now, never had this experience before I’d love some insight.

I have been drinking electrolytes, supplementing b complex, and sleeping fine since. I don’t know what the issue is?
