Do I have to refrigerate after opening or finish drinking soon after?

So I just got this and have never had it or mead (honeyed wine) in general. I know normal wine has to be consumed relatively soon after opening but I don’t know if it’s the same for this. I also don’t know if it needs to be stored differently after opening. Thank you all for your help ahead of time.
