i cannot drink anymore

i came back from a boys trip to montreal a week ago and over the course of my 6 nights there i legitimately drank more then i ever have in my life (probably 20 beers minimum every night) now that im home and im trying to enjoy a beer and the thought of drinking one legitimately makes me feel sick and i have no desire to have a couple in the evenings anymore. anyone else ever go thru something similar? not a bad way to quit drinking i suppose haha
