I’m losing weight too fast. How to start eating again? Trying not to be drunkorexic/unhealthy.

Ive never made a post here so I’m kinda typing all over the place I’ve just seen the countless stories and experiences (some funny some not so fun) but I’d love to get in on some of the action, wether I get some good jokes or lectured, I’ve been wanting to get some sort of advice or tips in whichever way. I just always get nauseous and want to throw up whenever I try to eat before or after drinking. Like just the thought of knowing I could’ve fasted and not felt as full is enough to make me want to purge it all out. The only way I’ve always been able to feel ok drunk is by not eating at all for the entire day. The problem is I’ve been drinking every single day since I was like 17… I didn’t mind the weight loss that came with it but I just reached exactly 100 lbs… not around 110s or 120s, literally 100 flat. If I lose one more pound I’ll be in double digits like some body dysmorphic model wannabe. Not even that, I’m pretty sure I could collapse and die like any second… maybe? idk. I just don’t think I’ve weighted this little since middle school but besides that, I have had no other negative side effects apart from not being able to eat much bc I feel so full after even one drink. I wait about an hr between drinks and its just enough to have like 4 drinks without feeling too full, but then I cant eat for the next 5-8 hours. I tend to space drinks out a bit so I can drink about 8 a day. How can I start eating more while still drinking?? (Note: while STILL drinking. I know im being a dumbass)
