High tolerance

I am very new into drinking and have only ever managed to become tipsy once. Last night i drank 13 shots of titos over a period of about an hour and remained completely sober. Im not sure if there is something wrong with me, but it is frustrating for it to be this hard to become drunk. For context I am six foot four and weight 205 pounds
