How to stop heart palpations after a night of drinking

I’m honestly an alcoholic, no way to say it otherwise, I drink wine everyday but today I’m getting skipped heart beats and it feels scary, I also vape. I’m thinking of drinking a tiny glass of wine to make it go away, but I know that’s a horrible idea
