Swapped my vodka for tequila and feel fine the next day

From the ages of 18-30 ive been drinking about 14 shots of vodka every weekend (or 14 beers) spread out over 2-3 days.

From 18-25 my hangovers were mild (a little tired in the morning but back to normal by noon).

For the past 5 years my hangovers have been BRUTAL….

I did something different this weekend – I swapped the vodka for tequila…..I had 7 shots of tequila last night and woke up this morning “perfectly normal”. It literally reminds me of when I was 18. Even my heart rate was normal last night while drinking tequila (it always goes up on vodka).

I used to think “alcohol is alcohol”… now I’m doubting that. Is it actually possible that tequila is hangover free compared to vodka?????
