Weird rash that only smells after heavy drinking

I’ve been an alcoholic/heavy drinker for the last 6 years (24), been through all kinds of cycles of moderating and fucking up etc. One thing that has been consistent though is this weird rash on my left armpit, it came up after about a year of the initial no control drinking. It completely goes away when I am sober, but even after a month or two of not drinking, if I have too much it comes back in full force and fucking stinks.

It’s like fermented gym socks and semen. It’s absolutely fucking disgusting and embarrassing. Even when I’m drunk or taking a shower, it just fills my nostrils with this rancid putrid shit. I can’t imagine what other people smell. Visually it looks like a fungal infection but the way it comes back and forth due to drinking, and only in one spot for over 5 years makes it confusing. If I stop drinking so heavily for 2-3 days it goes away. My normal sweat from elsewhere smells the same as any BO. I’ve been googling it and trying to figure it out for ages but got nowhere. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this and can advise?
