Guilt over drink and how many units this week?

How many of you been drinking this week,I had 2 baileys on Monday,1 double gin and 1 whisky yesterday now I want a cocktail tonight 23rd of December but it makes me feel guilty,I won’t drink xmas eve or xmas day as don’t want to be drunk and hungover as I want to enjoy my sons xmas.

Advice over the guilt and how many units will you drink from now 23rd upto boxing day
