My supplements routine for binge drinking

We all know binge drinking is much more dangerous for your health, especially for your liver, than equal daily sipping.
After research the web I have developed a routine that makes me feel much, much less ill the next day, to recover much faster. Being a male of 52, I could have feel that (before this scheme) I may not recover in 24 hours after drinking and hangover symptoms may influence the day after the next one. After implementation of this supplements regime, I almost always alright in the second half of the next day, I am even able to think on the drink or two.

NAC. If I don’t forget I take 1000 pill a day before. If not – around 1-2 hours before the party. Do NOT take NAC after you started drinking and/or closer than 4 hours after your last drink, it makes damage worse. Better save it to the next morning, it helps a lot next day! A cup of espresso prior to go out. Coffee lessens the damage to your liver significantly. I regularly take milk thistle + artichoke supplements as a drinker. It eases the bile flow and helps protecting liver too. 300 mg of silymarin on the party day, and the same – in the morning after. Vitamin B complex. Any time of the drinking day and in the morning after. 1200 mg of Betaine HCl with all meals on THE day and the next one. Drink a cup of water after your every 2 drinks. This is such an underestimated advice! I might say this one alone will make your next morning twice as clearer.
