Distillation at-home?
I’m comfortable and well experienced with the concept of fermentation, and quite good at making fruit wine. I’d like to start distillation and I have a few questions regarding it:
Is the liquid to be kept in the still the same as the homemade fermented wine? If so, Are there any additives to be added to the fermented mixture before putting it in the still? How many times would I have to distill for an ideal result?
