Help – Can I take gravol to help with alcohol induced nausea

I had one long island iced tea. Usually I’m fine and can have like 2 without any consequences. Today I had 1, and I am so extremely nauseous even after drinking a whole glass of water. I don’t want to puke if I don’t have to, can I take a gravol pill or will that be worse for me?
